Thank you for your interest in joining 100+ Women Who Care Kodiak! Our members are excited about seeing real changes in the lives of those living in the Kodiak community through our combined donations each quarter.

Membership Commitment
I understand that I am making a commitment to 100+ Women Who Care Kodiak to make an annual donation of $400 – ($100 at each
meeting) – given directly to local charities/non-profits serving the Kodiak community. I understand that even if I did not vote for the charity chosen by majority vote, I will fulfill my donation commitment. I also understand that if I am not able to attend a meeting that I will provide my check to
either another member to deliver or mail in advance of the meeting to: 100+ WWC Kodiak, PO Box 2701, Kodiak, Alaska 99615
Voting
Following the presentations, the group will vote for one of the three charities presented, by ballot, and majority rules. Although it may not be your first choice, you have pledged, as a member of 100+ WWC Kodiak, to still donate.
Donation
For your tax purposes, all checks will be made out to the group's chosen organization, of which they should be 100% tax deductible due to the charities needing to hold 501c3 status. If you are unable to attend, please plan to give your check to a member to deliver on your behalf, or mail to the address above. The goal and purpose of the group is to have full participation four times per year to maximize the impact our group can make around our community.
